2. By completing this registration and booking form and making payment for your attendance, you agree and accept the
Convention Booking terms and Conditions.
3. +Rates are based on 2 adults sharing room. Some rooms contain double sofa beds or day beds and up to 4 persons can be accommodated subject to room configuration and the availability of existing bedding. Please ensure that you request desired room configuration at the time of booking. The availability is subject to the Hotel availability.
4. **Early bird discount applies only if the booking is made and full payment received by 30 June 2008.
5. Your registration is not completed until such time as FULL Total Payment Due is received and we confirm your registration with you in writing.
6. We do not accept cancellations or changes to bookings which will reduce the registered attendees.
7. Refunds are not payable.
8. Large numbers of attendees are expected. Accordingly some events are duplicated, however there may be limited seating in some convention events and presentations.
